Western Oregon University is one of the best Oregon Colleges with a deep history in education.
Established 152 years ago, WOU is one of the oldest colleges in Oregon, yet remains a small, quaint and SAFE environment for studies. Located in the small town of Monmouth, students make up about half of the 9000 residents. Virtually everything is within walking distance and the crime rate is incredibly low.
